Hula Dancer Smoothie Recipe
Makes 1 serving.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup fresh spinach
Instructions:
- Toss spinach and milk in the blender.
- Blend well until spinach is tiny green flecks.
- Add frozen pineapple.
- Blend, serve and enjoy.
Wash the spinach well before tossing it in the blender. I recommend blending it up with the milk first to minimize the flecks of spinach and produce a smoother drink, but you could add them all in at once if you don't mind it.
