Protein Punch Smoothie Recipe
Makes 1 serving.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 packet protein powder
- 2 oz firm tofu (1/4 of an 8oz block)
Instructions:
- Toss all ingredients in the blender.
- Blend, serve and enjoy.
This protein-rich smoothie is a great start to a day or a pre-workout boost! For this recipe, I used Spiru-tein Chocolate Chip Cookie flavor protein powder.
