Vanilla Cardamom Smoothie Recipe
Makes 1 serving.
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or 1 Tbs vanilla extract
- 1 Tbs pistachios
- dash of cardamom
Instructions:
- Toss all ingredients in the blender.
- Blend, serve and enjoy.
Cardamom and vanilla go great together - try them with other lightly-flavored frozen fruits.
