Go-Go-Goji Smoothie Recipe
Makes 1 serving.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 Tbs goji berries
- 2 frozen bananas
Instructions:
- Toss orange juice and goji berries in blender.
- Mix well - until goji berries are small red specks.
- Add bananas.
- Blend, serve and enjoy.
Goji berries lend their strong flavor to this simple drink. I recommend soaking the berries in filtered water for a few hours before adding them.
